Sign-Up Information

New players must bring a copy of the player's legal birth certificate for age verification purposes.

Fall 2015 returning players will be able to submit a Registration form by mail again this season. A signed Code of Conduct form must be included with the registration form. Registration forms, Code of Conduct forms, and registration fee should be mailed to:

All forms and fees must be received by EYSA by January 17th. Late registrations, incomplete forms, or failure to submit payment will not be accepted.

New U4 Division

EYSA is excited to offer a U4 Division beginning the Spring 2016 Season. This new division will be for true U4 players only and will only be formed if there is enough interest. True U4 players must be 3 years old on or before July 31, 2015.

This division will meet once a week for a 30 minute practice and will have one 30 minute game a week.

Volunteers Needed

EYSA is completely run by volunteers. The board makes every effort to provide a great season for all of our players. However, in order to accomplish this, several things need to happen. People have to be willing to coach teams and referee games. Fields have to be prepared and maintained. Field Marshals are needed to help maintain appropriate side line behavior.

Did you know that the board only consists of 12 individuals who are also parents, coaches, and referees? We have over 200 players in our association spread across over 30 teams. This is why we need more volunteers. Please visit our Volunteers page to see how you can help.
