Referees are responsible for ensuring the safety of all players and for enforcing fair play.  All referees must be certified through STSR and will work with the Referee Assignor to get on the referee schedule.  Referees may be uncertified if appproved by referee assignor for Division IV games only for U4-U8 games only and for U10 Line judges.
