Registration Form Now Available

The EYSA registration form is now available.  This season we are excited to announce the option of mail-in registrations for returning players!  Only returning players from the Spring 2015 season can take advantage of mail-in registration.  All you need to do is submit the registration form, along with the registration fee (no cash), by mail.  Registration form and fee must be received by EYSA no later than July 19th.  Late registrations, incomplete registration forms, or failure to submit payment WILL NOT be accepted.  Any mail-in registration forms and payment received after July 19th will not be accepted or included in the draft or team formation process.
